Mount Carmel School, Zirakpur celebrated its 31st Founders’ Week and 3rd Annual Day on 28th November,2018 with great zest and enthusiasm. It started with the Bible Reading followed by a prayer song. The talented students presented mesmerizing cultural events such as dances, plays on social media, a pound of flesh, mime and three phases of our country.

The guest of honor was Mr. Sanjay Kumar IAS, Chief Secretary Sports and Youth Services (Punjab). Other dignitaries that graced the occasion were Founder Directors Dr. Annie Charles and Dr. Charles J. Samuel, Directors Mr Johnathan Charles and Ms. Moushmi Manna and the School Principal Mrs Lily Banerjee.
It was a moment of pride when the students were awarded prizes for their scholastic and co-scholastic achievements, amid thunderous applause from the audience.

The climax of the event was fusion of Bhangra and Gidda. The function concluded with the rendering of the National Anthem.
